Our Team

These are the people who work to ensure the day-to-day needs of Cheshire Residents are met. Some of Our Team have been with Cheshire Homes for years, others are just starting their positions. It is the hard work together which helps to keep all four houses functioning.

Our Management

Executive Director:
Lorraine Ferguson E.D.
Lorraine Ferguson
Lorraine joined Cheshire Homes as the Executive Director in April of 2014.  She hails from the EAST and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and wisdom in overseeing operations.  Previously, she worked in the banking industry and prior to that worked in Human Resources for a number of years.  She is well trained with degrees in sociology, psychology and human resources.  She has been an avid volunteer all her life and has worked with all manner of individuals in the disability and addiction sectors. Coordinator of Care &Services:

Tenelle Wieler
Tenelle graduated with her B. Sc. in Psychology in the spring of 2016, and has been working with Christian Horizons as a Direct Support Professional in a home for those with intellectual disabilities. She has a passion for a high quality of life for people of all abilities and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue to cultivate that passion with Cheshire Homes. Administrative Assistant:

Janann Blackburn
Janann has over 15 years of office and Administrative experience. She is well versed in administration and is a great asset to the team. Life Enrichment Coordinator (LEC):

Adrienne Reifferscheid
Adrienne has a degree in Social work and is back to school for a second degree in Education. She is an advocate within the disability sector and loves professional development opportunities to incorporate into her practice. She has been with Cheshire Homes of Saskatoon since August 2016 and she seeks to further enhance the programming being offered. Adrienne has a passion for the independence and human rights of the residents at Cheshire Homes. She uses external community events and internal recreational programming to achieve inclusion and a better quality of life for the residents. tel: 306)374-6191
